Arrival & check-in
How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, check-out until 10:00 AM. For entry you receive a personal numeric code in advance for the keyless keypad lock at the front door — you get in without any reception.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are 2 free parking spaces on the property.
Your stay
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes. The kitchen and dining room are shared areas for all guests — with stove, fridge, coffee machine and a few basic supplies.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are included and freshly made up on arrival.
Is breakfast available?
We don't offer breakfast as a fixed service. The shared kitchen is fully equipped so you can cater for yourself — and a small village shop is very close by.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Does the room have a private bathroom?
It depends on the room: some rooms have their own bathroom, others share a well-kept whirlpool bathroom. Details are in each room's description.
Do I have to take off my shoes?
We kindly ask you to take off your outdoor shoes inside the house — slippers or thick socks are comfortable.
Is smoking allowed?
The house is non-smoking. Smoking is possible outdoors.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are very welcome. Just let us know about any equipment you need.
Booking & payment
How can I pay?
Payment is made securely online at the time of booking, including by credit card. An invoice is also possible for company bookings.
Can I cancel?
Whether and until when free cancellation is possible depends on the rate you choose. You'll see the exact conditions before completing the booking and in your confirmation.
Is booking direct cheaper than via portals?
Yes. With us you book directly, without portal commissions — usually the best price, with a direct line to us.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. After your stay you receive an invoice; for business trips a company invoice with company name and address is also possible.
